Just how much of the area, which is at present used for parking will be used for building purposes depends upon the additional space required to allow the various Departments of the store to function to advantage and also there is the question of capital outlay co be considered. The Two-storied building on the right belongs to Woolworths. our property extends between the 2 "Xs" shown on the phot.(sic)
