Description

Horse figurine of heavy grey clay. The horse is a common theme in grave pottery of the Han period. Similar kind of horses have been found in graves fo the 3rd century in Chiu, near the Pei-szu reservoir (Henan) and in Wei dynasty tombs near Xi'an. -- h: 31 cm.
