dc.descriptionSweet potato garden recently planted following grass fallow on shallow limestone soil. Cuttings are planted in soil mounds. This area has many rocky outcrops and horizontal and downhill ditches have not been constructed as is often done. Terracing with sticks to reduce wash away of topsoil can be seen.
