The latter reacts with dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate (DMAD) to afford [Rh(μ-CS)(μ-DMAD)Cl2(dppm)2]. This complex is also formed from [Rh(μ-C)(μ-DMAD)Cl2(dppm)2] and sulfur.
