Kedziora, DavidSimenel, Cedric2015-12-100556-2813http://hdl.handle.net/1885/57234Based on time-dependent Hartree-Fock theory, a new inverse quasifission mechanism is proposed to produce neutron-rich transfermium nuclei in the collision of prolate deformed actinides. Calculations show that the collision of the tip of one nucleus with the side of the other results in a nucleon flux toward the latter. The roles of nucleon evaporation and impact parameter, as well as collision time, are discussed.New inverse quasifission mechanism to produce neutron-rich transfermium nuclei201010.1103/PhysRevC.81.0446132015-12-09
