Halide perovskites micro and nanoscale structures have demonstrated high resonance properties last decade. Moreover, these materials allow high throughput creation of advanced nanophotonic designs employing nanoimprint lithography. Here, we develop this fabrication approach to create halide perovskites resonant microcylinders. Our study of the obtained microobjects demonstrates that the nanoimprint lithography yields desirable size and shape, as well as preserved photoluminescent properties of the microcylinders. This work was supported by Russian Science Foundation (19-73-30023) for samples preparation and characterization.application/pdfen-AU© 2020 The Author(s)https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/Fabrication of halide-perovskite resonant microcylinders by nanoimprint lithography202010.1088/1742-6596/1461/1/0121782022-08-07Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 licence
