This algorithm is based on an iterative procedure that synchronizes the transmitters to send a common message signal coherently to the receiver, using a 3-bit feedback in each timeslot. Results show that the received power increases quadratically with number of transmitters, and there is a substantially improved performance over a 1-bit feedback system and system without feedback. Keywords: 1-bit feedback; Feedback systems; Iterative procedures; Message signals; Received power; Time slots; Time varying channel; Transmit beamforming; Beamforming; Signal processing; Time varying networks; Transmitters; Wireless sensor networks; Wireless telecoDistributed transmit beamforming based on a 3-bit feedback system201010.1109/SPAWC.2010.56709032016-02-24
