The unprecedented M equivalent to CTeC equivalent to M and M equivalent to CTe2C equivalent to M bridges are discussed with reference to more conventional but rare alkylidynyltelluroethers [M(equivalent to CTeR)(CO)(2)(Tp*)] (R = Me, Bu-n, Ph).We gratefully acknowledge the Australian Research Council (DP170102695 and DP130102598) for funding.application/pdfen-AUBis(alkylidynyl)tellurides and ditellurides201810.1039/c7cc08776d2019-03-12
