Several channel situations are examined including ideal single user AWGN channel, non-ideal synchronous, multipath fading and multiple access interference. Both numerical and analytical techniques show that the shape of pulses have notable impact on the performance of correlator receivers, especially on the interference resistance ability and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of the output. The results are also extended to the field of fractional bandwidth to better understand the possible relationship between fractional bandwidth and correlator receivers. Keywords: Bandwidth; Channel capacity; Fading (radio); Signal to noise ratio; Wideband correlator receivers; Signal receiversPerformance of Ultra-Wideband Correlator Receiver Using Gaussian Monocycles200310.1109/ICC.2003.12040452015-12-12
