We introduce Recursive Channel Insertion, an extension to Recursive Channel Elimination, which dramatically reduces calculation time with no loss of accuracy. Furthermore we propose Repeated Recursive Channel Insertion, which shows an improvement in accuracy over the previous methods when tested on a standard dataset. Keywords: Calculation time; Channel insertion; Channel selection; Data sets; Expert knowledge; Loss of accuracy; Recursive Channel Elimination; Industrial engineering; EngineeringRecursive channel selection techniques for brain computer interfaces201210.1109/EMBC.2012.63462882016-02-24
