Results: The Prf N-terminal domain forms a homo-dimer, has two binding sites for Pto kinase, and interacts with the Prf leucine-rich repeats domain. Conclusion: The Prf N-terminal domain coordinates multiple domain interactions to control the activity of the immune complex.
