Abstract
Isolated polynucleotide encoding a polypeptide, is new, where the polypeptide is 40% identical to a polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 (sequences not defined here may be found at ftp://ftp.wipo.int/pub/published p ct s equences/publication), and produces more polypeptide in a bacterial cell than by an isogenic bacterial cell comprising exogenous polynucleotide of SEQ ID NO:2 or 4 (sequences not defined here may be found at ftp://ftp.wipo.int/pub/published p ct s equences/publication), and/or the polypeptide has greater s-triazine and/or diazine hydrolyzing activity.
