Abstract

We describe some new techniques based on high-dimensional statistics of time series to create continental-scale products from Earth Observation data. These methods are developed on the Australian Open Data Cube called 'Digital Earth Australia'. We provide an overview of these new 'second order' statistical algorithms and show how they can be used in various ways.
