Abstract

The flow of giant unilamellar vesicles (GUVs) in capillaries had direct relevance to the understanding of blood rheology in microcirculation. In this paper, we demonstrate a dynamic volumetric imaging of multiple GUVs undergoing deformation on micro -structured surfaces in a microfluidic system.
