Abstract

LAQ824 and LBH589 (panobinostat) are histone deacetylase inhibitors (HDACi) developed as cancer therapeutics and we have used the Eμ-myc lymphoma model to identify the molecular events required for their antitumor effects. Induction of tumor cell death w
