Dynamics of optical spin-orbit coupling in uniaxial crystals

Abstract

We study theoretically and verify experimentally the detailed dynamics of spin-to-orbital angular momentum conversion for a circularly polarized Gaussian beam propagating along the optical axis of a uniaxial crystal.
