dc.description.abstractThis report concludes that evaluations and thoughtful reflections on past experiences are not keeping pace with the expansion of the rule of law field. It highlights the importance of disseminating and incorporating lessons learned into new or on-going program development as one of the more pressing issues that need to be addressed within the rule of law field.
