Cultural advice

The Australian National University acknowledges, celebrates and pays our respects to the Ngunnawal and Ngambri people of the Canberra region and to all First Nations Australians on whose traditional lands we meet and work, and whose cultures are among the oldest continuing cultures in human history.

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are advised that ANU Library collections may include images, names, voices, and other representations of deceased persons.

Material in the collection may contain terms, language or views that reflect the period in which the item was created and may be considered inappropriate today.

Abstract

The evaluation is addressing four key questions: • Area 1: How and to what extent has the program been implemented and what are the barriers and enablers to implementation in different settings and for different client groups? • Area 2: What are the impacts on patient and service outcomes including the numbers of new cases, the number of recurrences in primary health care and hospital activity? • Area 3: What are the impacts on patient experience and patient-reported quality of life outcomes? • Area 4: What is the cost-of-illness in the Northern Territory?
