Proffered Paper: Inhibition of RNA Polymerase I transcription by CX-5461 as a completely new approach to treat highly refractory haematological malignancies

Recent findings by our group have been instrumental in the development of the novel selective inhibitor of RNA Polymerase I (Pol I), CX-5461 (Drygin et al., Cancer Research, 2011; Bywater et al.
