Topological characterisation and identification of critical domains within glucosyltransferase IV (GtrIV) of Shigella flexneri

BACKGROUND The three bacteriophage genes gtrA, gtrB and gtr((type)) are responsible for O-antigen glucosylation in Shigella flexneri.
