Genome-wide transcriptional analysis of super-embryogenic Medicago truncatula explant cultures

BACKGROUND: The Medicago truncatula (M. truncatula) line 2HA has a 500-fold greater capacity to regenerate plants in culture by somatic embryogenesis than its wild type progenitor Jemalong.
