Whole genome transcriptome polymorphisms in Arabidopsis thaliana

Whole genome tiling arrays are a key tool for profiling global genetic and expression variation. In this study we present our methods for detecting transcript level variation, splicing variation and allele specific expression in Arabidopsis thaliana.
