Calsequestrin Is an Inhibitor of Skeletal Muscle Ryanodine Receptor Calcium Release Channels

We provide novel evidence that the sarcoplasmic reticulum calcium binding protein, calsequestrin, inhibits native ryanodine receptor calcium release channel activity.
