Magma Dynamics, Crystallisation and Chemical Differentiation of the 1959 Kilauea Iki Lava Lake, Hawaii, revisited
Using constraints from an extensive database of geological and geochemical observations along with results from fluid mechanical studies of convection in magma chambers, we identify the main physical processes at work during the solidification of the 1959 Kilauea Iki lava lake.
