In preparation for the Women's Pairs Ninham's and Kitchin's weekly training regime includes four two-hour rowing sessions, four 10-kilometre jogs, three heavy lifting sessions in the gym, three swims of 50 laps each, running up and down Black Mountain and, for light relief, aerobics classes.'
