Description

The Permian to Late Triassic Rakaia sub-terrane-part of the Torlesse superterrane of the New Zealand Eastern Province-is an accretionary complex that comprises an enormous volume of quartzofeldspathic sandstones and mudstones with subsidiary conglomerates plus minor oceanic assemblages.
