Rogue waves in extended nonlinear Schrödinger equations: Integrable Sasa-Satsuma case
A rogue wave solution of an extended nonlinear Schrödinger equation (NLSE), the Sasa-Satsuma equation (SSE) is presented and illustrated for various parameters. A non-singular NLSE-limit of a solution of the SSE is demonstrated.
