OBJECTIVES: To evaluate which indices of blood pressure (BP) homeostasis are the strongest predictors of mortality in older low-level-care residents in long-term health facilities. DESIGN: Prospective cohort study. SETTING: Eight long-term healthcare facilities in Canberra, Australia.
