Regulating the safe design of plant
This article explores regulatory strategies to enhance "safe design", that is, action to eliminate or control risks to health and safety early in the life cycle of plant, machinery and other equipment. Such action might involve persons who procure, design, manufacture, import, supply, install, erect or commission plant.
