Energy Levels of a Parabolically Confined Quantum Dot in the Presence of Spin-Orbit Interaction
The effects of Rashba spin-orbit interaction (SOI) on the energy levels of parabolically confines quantum dot were analyzed. The spin-polarized electronic states were obtained in a weakly confined dot, when SOI was greater than a critical value of the SOI strength.
