Spin-Split Two-Dimensional Electron Gas Perturbed by Intense Terahertz Laser Fields
A time-dependent theoretical approach is developed to investigate the effects of intense terahertz (THz) laser radiation on optoelectronic properties of a two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) in which the spin-orbit interaction is induced by the Rashba effect.
