A simple chlorophyll fluorescence parameter the correlates with the rate coefficient of photoinactivation of Photosystem II

A method of partitioning the energy in a mixed population of active and photoinactivated Photosystem II (PS II) complexes based on chlorophyll fluorescence measurements is presented.
