The Potential of Ion Beam Techniques for the Development of Indium Nitride
Several types of indium nitride films presently available have been studied with ion beam techniques including Elastic Recoil Detection (ERD) analysis and radioisotope implantation combined with Perturbed Angular Correlation spectroscopy.
