Characterising a Eucalyptus cladocalyx breeding population using SNP markers

Population structure, family relatedness and inbreeding within a first-generation Eucalyptus cladocalyx breeding population were analysed with single-nucleotide polymorphism markers to underpin quantitative trait analysis and breeding program management.
