The spectral momentum density of aluminum measured by electron momentum spectroscopy
Electron momentum spectroscopy is a tool ideally suited for the study of energy-resolved momentum densities. Here we present new data from a high-energy EMS experiment using 50 keV incoming and 25 keV outgoing electrons. Both the measured energy distributions and the measured momentum distributions are affected by multiple scattering.
