Description

The Rho GTP exchange factor, Pebble (Pbl), long recognised as an essential activator of Rho during cytokinesis, also regulates mesoderm migration at gastrulation. Like other cell cycle components, pbl expression patterns broadly correlate with proliferative tissue.
