Numerical simulation on core-shell GaAs nanowire array solar cells
Numerical simulation of GaAs core-shell nanowire array solar cells is performed to investigate the effects of junction design in terms of doping and position, surface condition and carrier lifetime on photovoltaic efficiencies.
