Malleable model coupling with prediction

Achieving ultra scalability in coupled multiphysics and multiscale models requires dynamic load balancing both within and between their constituent subsystems. Interconstituent dynamic load balance requires runtime resizing - or malleability - of subsystem processing element (PE) cohorts.
