Reactive biased target ion beam deposited W-DLC nanocomposite thin films - Microstructure and its mechanical properties
Tungsten incorporated diamond like carbon (W-DLC) nanocomposite thin films with variable fractions of tungsten were deposited by using reactive biased target ion beam deposition technique.
