We used data from 16 polymorphic microsatellite loci from the endangered pygmy bluetongue lizard, Tiliqua adelaidensis, to examine genetic signals of intestinal parasite infestation. 30% of 70 individuals had detectable infestations of the nematode parasite Pharyngodon wandillahensis.
