Study for multilayer piezoelectric composite structure as displacement actuator by Moire interferometry and infrared thermography experiments
Multilayer piezoelectric structures are widely applied as a smart structure in precise apparatus. When the structure is in service, fractures often occur near the internal electrode layers.
