Psychosis with obsessive-compulsive symptoms in tuberous sclerosis
We present a case of tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) diagnosed in adulthood in a man initially referred for specialist neuropsychiatric assessment with psychosis and obsessive-compulsive symptoms (OCS) on a background of epilepsy and intellectual disability.
