The first reported examples of polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) cages containing a fulleropyrrolidine species are reported herein. Monosubstituted POSS-dioxalane species were synthesized through the hydrosilylation of a silyl-dioxalane with mono-vinyl substituted POSS.
