Near linear Ta-H-B geometry: [TaCl 2 ( η -C 5 Me 5 ){ κ 3 H , S , S '-H 2 B(methimazolyl) 2 }]

Hill, Anthony; Smith, Matthew; Wagler, Jorg

Description

The reaction of [TaCl4(η-C5Me5)] with Na[H2B(mt)2] provides the tantalum(IV) complex [TaCl 2(η-C5Me5){H2B(mt) 2}], the crystal structure of which reveals an essentially linear Ta-H-B interaction.
