dc.description.abstract'Bourke's is the first of a number of projects planned by the ACTU, whose Biennial Congress in 1971 favoured the principle of the ACTU entering directly into the consumer credit, insurance and housing fields of economic activity' (ref. ACTU Youth, 1972, p. 31).
