Quantum Dot Interdiffusion For Two Colour Quantum Dot Infrared Photodetectors

An investigation into the effects of thermal interdiffusion on the characteristics of quantum dot infrared photodetectors (QDIPs) yields results useful for the creation of a two-colour QDIP.
