Pre-Exercise Carbohydrate Status Influences Carbohydrate-Mediated Attenuation of Post-Exercise Cytokine Responses
Most studies investigating the effects of acute carbohydrate (CHO) ingestion on post-exercise cytokine responses have involved fasted athletes.
