BDNF Exerts Contrasting Effects on Peripheral Myelination of NGF-Dependent and BDNF-Dependent DRG Neurons
Although brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) has been shown to promote peripheral myelination during development and remy-elination after injury, the precise mechanisms mediating this effect remain unknown.
