The Cellular Expression of Antiangiogenic Factors in Fetal Primate Macula

PURPOSE. To characterize the cellular expression patterns of antiangiogenic factorsdifferentially regulated in the fetal human macula. METHODS. RNA was extracted from macular, nasal, and surround biopsies of three human fetal retinas at midgestation.
