Steady-State Analysis of a Directional Square Lattice Band-Edge Photonic Crystal Lasers
The original square-lattice band-edge structure emitted light in different directions. In a recent paper, we have improved the directivity of these structures by using a honeycomb photonic crystal to shield the original structure.
